This proposed design breathes fresh life into a drab side garden in between the house and a garage.  The design plays with bright colors and curves to create focal points and interest.  

Site Challenges and Solutions:
- Weeds are particularly challenging at this location so dense plant spacing is used to suppress weeds.  An Integrated Pest Management plan was also outlined as part of the design package.
- Due to the angle of the building the side garden gets full sun at certain times of the year and full shade at other times.  Plants that can tolerate these conditions were recommended.
- Deer are a nuisance so deer resistant plantings were selected.

Expected Maintenance:
- Water until established
- Water in hot summers
- Twice yearly application of weed control product
-Dividing of select perennials every 4 years
